Mike Kotzen has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. Mike started their career at Virtua Health in 1992, where they held various leadership positions, eventually serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. During their time at Virtua Health, they also served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from October 2004 to June 2012. In 2017, Mike Kotzen became the President and CEO of Community Based Care, LLC.
Mike Kotzen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rutgers Business School. Mike then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph's University.
