Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Community Behavioral Nursing Services since October 2021, Brenda develops and implements strategic plans for workforce management and employee engagement. Previously, Brenda held key HR roles at Wayside Farm Nursing & Rehabilitation and Youngstown Comfort Keepers, managing HR operations and compliance for 24/7 workforce environments. Brenda also has experience in social work as a Discharge Planner at Mercy Medical Center. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from PennWest Edinboro and an MBA from Malone University, Brenda brings a solid educational foundation to the field of human resources.
