Jennifer Robinson, PMP, CSM

Jennifer Robinson has over 24 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Jennifer is currently the VP Business Systems and Intelligence at Community First Foundation, where they provide senior leadership and strategic planning to drive operational efficiency and leverage data for organizational objectives. Before that, they worked at Front Range Payment Systems as an AVP and Senior Manager, where they focused on operational efficiency, customer support, and data management. Prior to that, they were the Director of Process Excellence and Architecture at Open Technology Solutions, where they led a team in delivering projects for multiple major credit unions. Jennifer also held the role of Manager - Application Support at the same company, ensuring uptime and compliance of major applications. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at Charles Schwab as a Contact Center Manager and at Bellco Credit Union as a Business Technology Manager and Manager of the Financial Services Contact Center. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational oversight, technology implementation, and project management. Jennifer Robinson holds the PMP and CSM certifications.

Jennifer Robinson, PMP, CSM, holds a general studies background from Arapahoe Community College. Jennifer has obtained additional certifications including the "Insight to Inclusive Leadership Badge" from the Latino Leadership Institute. Furthermore, they possess the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance and the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
