Jonathan Encarnacion, MBA, is currently serving as the Senior Vice President / Chief Retail Officer at Community First Fund Credit Union. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various leadership positions in organizations such as UPMC Health Plan, Centro Hispano Daniel Torres, and CoreStates Bank/First Union Bank NA. Jonathan's educational background includes a BA in Psychology, Sociology, and Spanish from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Not for Profit Management from Alvernia University, and additional executive training from Harvard Business School.

Community First Fund is the premier economic development organization serving the low income communities of central and eastern Pennsylvania, and provides loan capital to real estate developers and businesses in the region. Since 1992, Community First Fund has made more than 1,700 loans and investments totaling more than $208 million to businesses, affordable housing and community based developers and projects throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.
