Riya Mehta, MPH, LSSBB, currently serves as the Senior Provider Operations Coordinator at Community First Health Plans, where responsibilities include directing activities to ensure network adequacy and quality metrics compliance while leading provider contracting initiatives. Previous roles include Provider Operations Coordinator at Community First Health Plans, where Riya executed over 200 contracts and conducted regulatory audits, and Quality Improvement Intern at Community Health Choice, focusing on patient outcome improvements and public health information dissemination. Riya gained research experience at the TLL Temple Foundation Neuroplasticity Lab and the Medical College of Wisconsin, where contributions included analyzing speech production post-stroke and developing health interventions for breast cancer survivors. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management from UTHealth and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and Kinesiology from Rice University.
