Alan Delbridge has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Environmental Project Manager at Dominion Due Diligence Group. Starting in 2014, they transitioned to Higher Achievement, where they served as a Manager of Instruction until 2018. Since 2019, they have been working at the Community Foundation for a Greater Richmond, where they started as a Nonprofit Program Manager and later became an Infrastructure and Technology Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Technology and Information Systems at the same company.
Alan Delbridge obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agriculture with a concentration in Environmental Science from Virginia State University. Alan attended the university from 2010 to 2013.

This includes six supporting foundations that have chosen to fulfill their charitable legacy in partnership with us, as well as three regional affiliates that were established to address the needs and interests of the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. Since our inception, we have collectively granted $1 billion to thousands of nonprofits working in all areas of community life.
