Kenisha Fallen worked as a Customer Service Representative at U-TURN SPORTS PERFORMANCE ACADEMY from June 2015 to June 2016. Prior to that, Kenisha was a Kindergarten Teacher's Assistant at Diamond Springs Elementary School from September 2011 to June 2015. Currently, Kenisha is a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Executive Affairs at the Community Foundation for a greater Richmond, where Kenisha has also held roles as Manager, Operations and Projects, Community Engagement Specialist, and Administrative Assistant, Community Engagement. Kenisha previously worked at Virginia Union University as an Administrative Assistant in various capacities from October 2015 to June 2018.

This includes six supporting foundations that have chosen to fulfill their charitable legacy in partnership with us, as well as three regional affiliates that were established to address the needs and interests of the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. Since our inception, we have collectively granted $1 billion to thousands of nonprofits working in all areas of community life.
