Adam Ghose attended Arrow Vale High School from 2005 to 2008. Adam then pursued a software development program at Bromsgrove NEW College from 2011 to 2013, although they did not obtain a degree during this time. Later, from 2016 to 2017, Adam enrolled in Solihull College & University Centre and completed a Higher National Diploma in Organizational Leadership.

They oversee the day-to-day running of the Fund.Their work is divided into five portfolios, covering funding across England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland, and the UK as a whole.
