Joanne McHugh worked at the Big Lottery Fund from 2010 to 2017, where they held the role of Head of Funding. In this position, they were responsible for managing and overseeing funding initiatives. Then, in 2017, they joined The National Lottery Community Fund as the Head of England Engagement. In this role, they served as a strategic advisor on employee engagement, culture, and talent development.
