Oskars Naumanis has a diverse work experience in IT support and consultancy roles. Oskars started their career in 2007 as an IT Specialist at Asset Management Ireland, where they processed and fixed IT equipment and installed software. In 2009, they also had a part-time role as an eBay Store Owner at My3DUK.

In 2011, Oskars had a work placement as a Student at Corporate Travel. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an IT Consultant on a part-time basis.

Oskars'smost recent experience was at The National Lottery Community Fund, where they started as an Information Technology Support Officer in 2015. Oskars provided IT support to office staff in Northern Ireland and remotely to the rest of the UK staff. In 2019, they became an Information Technology Support Analyst, taking ownership of the Microsoft Teams telephony system and implementing security measures for the organization's application estate.

Throughout their roles, Oskars demonstrated skills in IT operations support, IT service delivery, data entry, and end-user help and support.

Oskars Naumanis pursued their education in the field of Tourism, Transport, and Hospitality. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Belfast Metropolitan College and obtained The Foundation Degree in Travel and Tourism Management. Following that, they enrolled at Ulster University from 2012 to 2014 and completed a BSc (Hons) in International Travel and Tourism Management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Oskars Naumanis has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate and a Microsoft Certified Professional. In 2020, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification. Oskars also holds the Service Desk Institute® (2016) Analyst certification, provided by APMG International. In 2021, they acquired the AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International and the ITIL Foundation 4th Edition certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
