Ezreal Garcia possesses extensive experience in strategic affairs, government relations, and community outreach, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of External and Strategic Affairs at MyCHN since October 2013. Garcia's previous roles at MyCHN include Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Relations, Director of Business Development and Emergency Preparedness, and Business Development Manager, contributing to a strong foundation in business development and community relations. Prior to MyCHN, Garcia worked at Legacy Community Health Services as the School Based Clinic Coordinator from September 2010 to September 2013, further demonstrating a commitment to health services and community engagement.

MyCHN is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris County, Texas, that provides professional growth and development in a group practice providing primary health care for adults and children, women’s health services, behavioral health, and general dentistry. MyCHN is dedicated to continuous quality improvement and the ideal candidate will work within a team to ins e comprehensive and excellent care. MyCHN clinics are dedicated to Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) principles and practices. In 2015, MyCHN elected to develop an open source electronic health record and modify it to support the needs of an FQHC. MyCHN partnered with Williams Medical Technology in this endeavor which required significant additions to the system; including, design, documentation, reporting, workflow, and billing. MyCHN's key staff members and Williams Medical Technology programming staff meet at least weekly to further the development of interoperability, clinic workflow, decision support systems, data warehouse, and patient communications.
