Melialoha Bartlett holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. With an extensive career in health systems and management, Melialoha currently serves as the Vice President of Health-Systems and Technology at MyCHN, a role that follows several progressive positions within the organization, including Director of Health-Systems and Workflow and Manager of Value-Based Care. Prior experience includes directorial roles at Lone Star Heart and Vascular Center and Altus Healthcare Management Services, among others, focusing on operational management and accountable care. Melialoha's career began with patient representation at Memorial Hermann Hospital System and included early involvement with community engagement at the Houston Boys and Girls Club.
MyCHN
MyCHN is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris County, Texas, that provides professional growth and development in a group practice providing primary health care for adults and children, women’s health services, behavioral health, and general dentistry. MyCHN is dedicated to continuous quality improvement and the ideal candidate will work within a team to ins e comprehensive and excellent care. MyCHN clinics are dedicated to Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) principles and practices. In 2015, MyCHN elected to develop an open source electronic health record and modify it to support the needs of an FQHC. MyCHN partnered with Williams Medical Technology in this endeavor which required significant additions to the system; including, design, documentation, reporting, workflow, and billing. MyCHN's key staff members and Williams Medical Technology programming staff meet at least weekly to further the development of interoperability, clinic workflow, decision support systems, data warehouse, and patient communications.
