Michelle Calzadilla serves as the Associate Director of Finance and Office Manager at MyCHN since November 2020, overseeing accounts payable for CHN and its subsidiaries. Prior experience includes roles as an Accounts Payable Specialist at the City of Houston Health Department, where Michelle engaged with project coordination and documentation, and as an intern at the Houston Health Foundation, focusing on grant applications. Additional experience encompasses office management at the Texas Council on Economic Education, data entry and sales consulting at Royal Orange Trading Company, and serving as Treasurer at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, where Michelle managed financial reporting and accounting. Michelle holds a dual Master’s degree in Health Administration and Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Houston.

MyCHN

MyCHN is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris County, Texas, that provides professional growth and development in a group practice providing primary health care for adults and children, women’s health services, behavioral health, and general dentistry. MyCHN is dedicated to continuous quality improvement and the ideal candidate will work within a team to ins e comprehensive and excellent care. MyCHN clinics are dedicated to Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) principles and practices. In 2015, MyCHN elected to develop an open source electronic health record and modify it to support the needs of an FQHC. MyCHN partnered with Williams Medical Technology in this endeavor which required significant additions to the system; including, design, documentation, reporting, workflow, and billing. MyCHN's key staff members and Williams Medical Technology programming staff meet at least weekly to further the development of interoperability, clinic workflow, decision support systems, data warehouse, and patient communications.
