Community Health Choice
Joshua Fernelius, MPH, CPHQ, CLSSBB, is a Senior Manager in Population Health at Community Health Choice. Joshua has a background in health education, quality improvement, and outcomes improvement, with experience at various healthcare organizations such as Texas Children's Health Plan and Memorial Hermann Health System. Joshua holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health.

We are a local, non-profit, Managed Care Organization (MCO), offering Children's Medicaid (STAR) and CHIP programs. We also offer plans through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
