Community Health Choice
Laurie Levermann is the Chief Information Officer at Community Health Choice since 2017. Laurie previously held various leadership positions at Texas Children's Health Plan for over 25 years, including CIO and Director roles. Laurie holds a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Baylor University.

We are a local, non-profit, Managed Care Organization (MCO), offering Children's Medicaid (STAR) and CHIP programs. We also offer plans through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Community has a network of 10,000 doctors, 77 hospitals, and is proud to be more than 400,000 Members strong!
