Community Health Choice
Shad'e Robinson is a Social Determinants of Health Coordinator at Community Health Choice since November 2021. Previously, Shad'e worked as a Texas CEAL Projects Coordinator at MD Anderson Cancer Center, a Community Health Worker at UTHealth and Harris County Public Health, an Outreach Worker at Galveston County Health District, a Campus Ambassador at Truth Initiative, a Youth Specialist at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a Tobacco and Vaping Cession Intern at Harris County Public Health, and a Health Mentor/Educator at The Women's Fund for Health Education & Resiliency. Shad'e holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Lamar University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences at Lamar University.
