Walter Heaggans Jr. is currently the Manager of Learning and Development at Community Health Choice, where Walter leads core leadership development experiences and collaborates with HR Business Partners to coordinate new hire training. Prior to this role, Walter worked at Houston Methodist as an ACM Training Coordinator, ACM Team Lead Coordinator, and ACM Scheduler II, managing training, operations, and performance evaluations. Walter also gained experience in recruitment and admissions coordination at Living Word Christian Academy and Daycare Inc. Walter's background includes positions at Time Warner Cable Business Class, where Walter excelled in inside sales and supervised a team to exceed annual sales targets. Walter holds a BA in Education from Shaw University.
