Angela Hammack has over 25 years of work experience. Angela began their career in 1993 at Overview, Inc. where they served as Deputy Director, overseeing the fiscal program of Federal and State Grants. Angela was responsible for preparing financial statements, forecasting fund requirements, and ensuring proper controls were in place for independent and governmental audits. In 2008, Angela joined CHSGa as Vice President of System Support, where they developed and implemented project management strategies to support organizational goals. Angela provided leadership, direction, and training for the project management function and communicated the status of qualified projects to CHS Executive Leadership. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Information Systems at CHSGa.
Angela Hammack, CFE, MBA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Georgia College & State University, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. In 2015, they enrolled in the University of St. Francis and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management in 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Fraud Examiner certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in July 2016.
