Gene Fernandez is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in healthcare information systems. Care Health Plan, and CIO at Sparrow Health System and National Naval Medical Center, among others. Gene holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield and additional degrees in Administration and Healthcare Management from Purdue University and Southern Illinois University, respectively.
