Mark Barnhart has extensive experience in property management and remodeling, currently serving as the Property and Maintenance Manager at Community Housing Network, Inc. since July 2014. Responsibilities include conducting home inspections, scheduling contractors, managing bill payments, drafting specifications, and overseeing repairs and maintenance. Additionally, since April 1999, Mark Barnhart has operated Barnhart Remodeling LLC, where all aspects of running a remodeling business are managed.
