Erin Phovilaychit, CESP has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Erin began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Store Manager at CVS Pharmacy, where they gained valuable skills in management and customer service. In 2006, Erin transitioned to the healthcare field, working as a Mental Health Technician at Temple University Health System. Here, they provided direct support to patients and gained experience in the mental health field. In 2007, Erin joined Community Integrated Services as the Director of Business Development, overseeing the non-profit agency's efforts to support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment in their communities. Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated a strong commitment to empowering individuals and promoting community integration.
Erin Phovilaychit, CESP, earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their undergraduate education, Erin has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Erin obtained the Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) certification from the Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst in November 2014. Erin also received the National Certificate of Achievement in Community Employment from the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators in 2014. Additionally, they obtained The Professional Supervisor certification from the Community College of Philadelphia in 2016, though the specific month is unknown.

Community Integrated Services’ mission is to empower people with disabilities through individualized employment opportunities that foster self-sustainability, equality, and community. Through partnerships with area businesses and organizations, CIS works to find jobs that fulfill the employment goals and desires for the people they serve. We believe that all people have the right and responsibility to be an active part of their community, regardless of their disability, and Community Integrated Services helps people with disabilities achieve their employment goals. We provide support during the job search, during the first days at a new job, and then continue support at work on an as-needed basis. We have an innovative, creative staff that comes from diverse backgrounds, and we use our talent and expertise to help find jobs that are a great match for each individual's skills and interests.
