Colleen Purcell has extensive experience in vocational facilitation and process improvement, currently serving as the Manager of Scheduling & Process Improvement at Community Integrated Services since October 2012. In this role, Colleen supervises a team of up to 10 staff, develops training materials, conducts company-wide training sessions, and maintains team schedules to ensure optimal coverage for clients. Previous positions include Transition Coordinator and Employment Training Specialist at Community Integrated Services, as well as an Assistant Cheesemonger at Swarthmore Co-op, a Sales Associate at Athleta, and a City Letter Carrier with the United States Postal Service. Colleen's early career included service as a State Team Member with AmeriCorps, rebuilding homes affected by Hurricane Katrina. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Messiah University.
