Grady Chambers is a communications professional with a diverse background in education and creative writing. Currently serving as Communications Manager at Community Integrated Services since June 2019, Grady has also held roles such as Communications Coordinator and Social Media Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this position, Grady instructed English and Literature at Drexel University and La Salle University respectively, and taught creative writing at the University of the Arts Pre-College Program and Stanford Online High School. Grady was a Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University from 2015 to 2017 and has significant teaching experience at Syracuse University and various other institutions. Grady holds a Master's degree in Creative Writing from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Vassar College.

Community Integrated Services’ mission is to empower people with disabilities through individualized employment opportunities that foster self-sustainability, equality, and community. Through partnerships with area businesses and organizations, CIS works to find jobs that fulfill the employment goals and desires for the people they serve. We provide support during the job search, during the first days at a new job, and then continue support at work on an as-needed basis.
