Hannah Mogaka has extensive experience in technical support and IT roles, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging since June 2022. Previously, Hannah has worked at Community Integrated Services as a Data and IT Assistant and held various roles including Data and IT Specialist, Data and IT Intern, and Employment Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as a Telemarketer at TELEPOINT COMMUNICATIONS, INC., and as a Mobile Expert at T-Mobile, where skills in sales and customer service were honed. Hannah's career began in research at the University of Delaware, contributing valuable information for DelDot services, and included training new employees as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's. Hannah earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Penn State University in December 2021.
