Kathleen Woolford

Kathleen Woolford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management, policy development, and engagement within the healthcare and community services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Growth, Quality & Engagement at Community Living Australia since May 2022, Kathleen has held various leadership roles including Manager Quality and Safeguarding and Acting Manager for Marketing & Communications. Prior to this, Kathleen worked at Aruma, where positions included Quality, Systems and Accreditation Manager and Policy and Research Manager. Kathleen's career also includes significant roles at House with No Steps and Bedside to Bench | A C Genomics, alongside foundational experience as a speech pathologist in the NHS and various health organizations. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology from Flinders University and a Masters of Policy from the University of Sydney.
