Janet Tam

Janet Tam is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Operations Specialist and Service Centre Analyst at Community Living BC since February 2018. In this role, Janet manages daily operations by providing front-line IT support and liaising with BC Ministries for issue resolution. Prior to this, Janet held positions including Technical Support Analyst at FDM Software, where Tier 2 support was provided to North American clients, and Coordinator of Member Support at HealthPRO Procurement Services Inc. Other notable experiences include serving as a Business Support Officer at HSBC Bank of Canada and as a PHCN IT Network Support Consultant at Vancouver Coastal Health. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Science from the University of Victoria.
