Our family has been a part of the Scotts Valley community since the beginning.  Matt’s grandparents helped develop some of Scotts Valley’s most iconic neighborhoods including Scotts Valley Heights.  Matt's parents, Lee and Sue Draper, set roots in Scotts Valley in the 1970s and went on to become a highly successful real estate team and the first team ever to specialize in Scotts Valley.

As third generation local Realtors, Matt and Mandy are proud to continue to provide the Gold Standard of service the Draper Team has become known for.  Matt adds his professional background in finance and appraisal to the mix and Mandy brings her in-depth knowledge of construction and engineering to the table.  With over 60 years of combined experience, the Draper Team is a wealth of knowledge regarding all things Scotts Valley real estate.
