Donna Scott has a comprehensive work experience spanning over three decades. Donna started their career at EDM Incorporated in 1990, where they served as an Accounting Manager. In this role, they handled various accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Donna also prepared financial statements, coordinated audits, and negotiated fringe benefit packages. Donna worked at EDM Incorporated for 22 years until 2012.
After leaving EDM, Donna joined the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis as a Controller. Donna held this position from August 2012 to October 2016.
In 2016, Donna transitioned to Connections to Success, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer. Donna was responsible for financial management until January 2021, when they joined Community School as the Director of Finance and Operations.

Donna Scott received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 1990. Donna pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting and Business Management from Lindenwood University between 2013 and 2016.

Community School
Community School is an independent elementary and preschool serving families with children age 3 through sixth grade.
