Colleen Forrest, MPH, RDN, LDN, CDCES, currently serves as a Senior Research Dietitian at Community Servings, where responsibilities include delivering lifestyle interventions for diabetes and HIV, developing recruitment strategies, and conducting participant screenings. Additionally, Colleen holds a position as a Senior Clinical Inpatient Dietitian at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, providing medical nutrition therapy and individualized care plans. Previous roles include Clinical Nutritionist at Harbor Health Services, Inc., and Nutrition Health Provider at Spectrum Health Services, where Colleen coordinated comprehensive nutrition care and community health education initiatives. Colleen's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Community Servings
Community Servings is a not-for-profit food and nutrition program providing services throughout Massachusetts to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses, like HIV/AIDS, Cancer, MS, Lou Gehrig’s disease and more than 30 others. We provide our clients, and their dependent families and caregivers with nutritious, made-from-scratch meals and send the message to those in greatest need that someone cares. Our goals are to help our clients maintain their health and dignity and preserve the integrity of their families through free, culturally appropriate, home-delivered meals, nutrition education, and other community programs.
