Erin DiBacco has a wealth of experience in strategy and business development, primarily in the healthcare industry. Erin most recently served as the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development at Community Servings since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Strategic Growth and Business Development at Community Servings from August 2019 to June 2022. Before joining Community Servings, Erin worked at Wellforce from December 2017 to July 2019 as the Director of Primary Care Development and Recruitment. Erin also held various roles at Tufts Medical Center from April 2009 to June 2016, including Manager, Physician Outreach, and Senior Physician Liaison. Erin's expertise lies in developing and growing physician recruitment programs, building collaborative relationships, and implementing process improvements.
Erin DiBacco holds a B.A. in Communications from Rhode Island College, which they obtained in 2008. Prior to that, in 2004-2005, they attended Paul Mitchell the School-Rhode Island, where they studied Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General. In 2005, they also obtained a certification as a Licensed Cosmetologist.

Community Servings
Community Servings is a not-for-profit food and nutrition program providing services throughout Massachusetts to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses, like HIV/AIDS, Cancer, MS, Lou Gehrig’s disease and more than 30 others. We provide our clients, and their dependent families and caregivers with nutritious, made-from-scratch meals and send the message to those in greatest need that someone cares. Our goals are to help our clients maintain their health and dignity and preserve the integrity of their families through free, culturally appropriate, home-delivered meals, nutrition education, and other community programs.
