Tom Canaday is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in donor services and product management. Currently serving as the Donor Services Manager at Community Servings since June 2021, Tom has successfully designed key data visualization dashboards and improved Salesforce processes for donations. Previously, Tom held various roles at OnceHub, including Associate Product Manager and Senior 2nd Tier Support Engineer, where Tom managed developer teams and enhanced customer relations. Early career experiences include positions at FOOD SPACE LTD, The Loading Dock Cafe, and WGBH Radio and Television, as well as a strong foundation in digital media from Middlebury College, where Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Culture/English Literature.

Community Servings is a not-for-profit food and nutrition program providing services throughout Massachusetts to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses, like HIV/AIDS, Cancer, MS, Lou Gehrig’s disease and more than 30 others. We provide our clients, and their dependent families and caregivers with nutritious, made-from-scratch meals and send the message to those in greatest need that someone cares. Our goals are to help our clients maintain their health and dignity and preserve the integrity of their families through free, culturally appropriate, home-delivered meals, nutrition education, and other community programs.
