Community Support Services
Mario Martinez has a diverse work experience that spans from 2009 to 2016. Mario has worked in various roles, including being a Director of Family Support Center at Community Support Services, Inc., a Manager/Cook at Ivy's Burgers, Hot Dogs and Fries Chicago, a Community Outreach Assistant at the General Consulate of Mexico in Chicago, and a Rare Diseases Outreach Assistant at Forever Sibs. Mario has also held internships at Cristo De La Yedra, AmeriCorps/Instituto Del Progreso Latino, U.S. Cellular Field, and PepsiCo. Mario has gained experience in case management, supervising staff, food preparation, marketing, community outreach, social media management, teaching, resume writing, guest services, and finance assistance.
Mario Martinez received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology and Spanish from Lake Forest College, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Master Trainer QBS, American Heart Association CPR instructor, and QIDP Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional.
