Donald Graves

Donald Graves has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Senior Programmer Analyst at CommunityCare Managed Health Care Plans of Oklahoma since June 2008, responsible for EDI transaction sets. Graves previously held managerial roles at RelayHealth, overseeing teams that processed data from numerous payers and managed all aspects of Electronic Remittance Advices (ERA). Prior software engineering roles at Per-Se Technologies, NDCHealth, HCS, and Chicago Micro involved designing and developing systems for electronic remittance processing and managing software development teams. Graves possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent written communication abilities, and a deep understanding of procedural programming languages like COBOL and C, alongside a proven capacity to adapt quickly to new technologies. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Purdue University Northwest and a degree in Music Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
