Community Care Physicians
Denisa Hluchova-Crisafulli serves as a Health Coach at Community Care Physicians since 2009 and has held the role of Assistant Women's Tennis Coach at Siena College since 2007. Denisa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Hofstra University, obtained between 2007 and 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management and German from Siena College, completed in 2006. Denisa also has a High School Diploma from Saint Francis Preparatory School, received in 2002. Prior to these roles, Denisa worked in the University Provost Office at Hofstra University, focusing on Course Teachers Ratings from August 2007 to June 2009.
