Jean Vaeth has over 25 years of nursing experience, currently serving as an RN Care Manager and RN Clinical Coordinator at Community Care Physicians, P.C. since March 2002. Prior to this role, Jean was employed at Northwood Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Rehab from January 1995 to January 2001, where responsibilities included serving as the RN Charge Nurse and Nurse Manager. Jean holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Crouse Hospital School of Nursing, completed between 1991 and 1993.
