Kaushik Sharma

Kaushik Sharma is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in storage, backup engineering, and customer support. Currently a Senior Storage and Backup Engineer at Data#3 since December 2024, Kaushik has been with Commvault since September 2016, progressing from a Tier I Customer Support Engineer to a Tier 2 Customer Support Engineer, where responsibilities include collaborating on complex cases and managing live case handovers. Prior experience includes roles at oOh!media, where Kaushik served as an Infrastructure Engineer and Team Leader, managing IT systems and vendor relationships, and positions as a System Administrator and Onsite Engineer at Regal Information Technology and ViaIP, respectively, supporting various industries.
