Mike Drew

Mike Drew, CCP, SPHR, serves as Principal Consultant at HRevolve since December 2019, specializing in HR consulting with a focus on Total Rewards and HR transformation. In dual roles at Commvault from February 2020, Mike has been instrumental as VP of Total Rewards and Global Head of Total Rewards, overseeing employee value propositions. Previously, Mike held significant positions such as Global Head of Compensation, Benefits, and Operations at LifeScan, where responsibilities included leading Total Rewards transitions across multiple countries and implementing new HR systems. With extensive experience in HR operations at companies like CSL Behring and Novo Nordisk, Mike has successfully led various HR transformation initiatives. Mike holds an MS in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a BS in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
