Troy Whistman

Troy Whistman is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales Engineering for the FAST SME Team at Commvault, where leadership of a national team of Subject Matter Experts focuses on delivering exceptional data management solutions. With extensive experience in systems engineering, including previous roles as Director of the Field Advisory Services Team and Systems Engineering Manager, Troy has a strong background in strategic consulting for enterprise accounts on complex data management challenges. Additional affiliations include positions with CAE, Cessna Flyer Association, Piper Flyer Association, and volunteering as a pilot for Angel Flight South Central. Troy began a career in technology at Fidelity Investments, followed by roles at Zale Corporation, AmeriCredit, Digital MD Systems, and CaduSys Software, specializing in various aspects of software development and systems support. Educationally, Troy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Data Processing from Sno-Isle Skills Center.
