Elana Rebitzer is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Teacher at Comp Sci High since August 2021, where responsibilities include mentoring high school students and teaching 11th Grade ELA and AP Lang with an emphasis on culturally relevant curriculum and supporting diverse learning needs. Previously, Rebitzer held various roles at Camp Ramah in Northern California, including Rosh Edah and Remote Programmatic Lead, overseeing camper experiences and staff training. Rebitzer also has experience as a Student Teaching Intern at Gann Academy, a Hebrew School Teacher, and as a Writing Fellow at Barnard College, alongside editorial work at Lilith Magazine. Rebitzer holds a BA in Comparative Literature and Jewish Studies from Barnard College and a Master's in Teaching from Brandeis University.
