Jenna Parcells

Jenna Parcells is an experienced history educator currently serving as a History Teacher and Curriculum Writer at Comp Sci High since October 2020. Prior to this role, Jenna taught AP World History at Success Academy Charter Schools from August 2018 to September 2020 and worked as a long-term substitute teacher for Modern World History I and II at Guilford High School in early 2018. A student teaching experience at North Branford High School involved instruction in Modern World History I, Contemporary Issues, and an elective course on America Since 1945. Intern roles at LISBON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT and Norwich Public Schools provided foundational teaching experience. Jenna holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from DePaul University. Earlier career experience includes retail roles at kate spade new york and Urban Outfitters.
