Will Wycherley serves as the Director of Support Services at Family Counselling and Support Services for Guelph-Wellington, a position held since November 2019, after previously working as Manager of Support Services. Will has extensive experience in managing teams that support individuals with developmental diagnoses and related mental health or addiction issues. Prior roles include Developmental Services Team Lead and Developmental Service Coordinator at the same organization, as well as teaching positions at Shirakaba Gakuen High School and the Hidaka-cho Board of Education. Will holds an Advanced Certificate in Education focused on teaching individuals with autism from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Estate Management from Birmingham Polytechnic.
