Dani McElwee

Dani McElwee, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Compass Construction since July 2021, following a role as a Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Coordinator at ALPHA Supported Living Services from March 2019 to July 2021, and as Patient Care Coordinator at Alderwood Vision Therapy Center from October 2017 to March 2019. Dani began a career at Wells Fargo, progressing from Bank Teller to Lead Teller between October 2012 and September 2017.
