Since our inception in 1914, Compass Family Services has responded to the needs of the community and is one of the longest operating social services agencies in California. Today, Compass helps homeless families and families at imminent risk for homelessness to achieve housing stability, family well-being, and self-sufficiency. Our twelve programs provide services to more than 6,500 parents and children each year. Of our 140+ staff members, 79% are people of color and 81% are women.
