Valentin Kavrakov

Valentin Kavrakov is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen management and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Køkkenchef at Compass Group Danmark since March 2020, Valentin has also held the position of Souschef within the same organization. Previous roles include Kok at Siemens from August 2018 to March 2020 and Chef at Compass Group from March 2017 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes Sous Chef at Vivaldi Grouppen A/s and Chef/Cook at Basilico v/Fari Abdii. Valentin began a career in the culinary field as a Souschef at Captain Cook Bulgaria from July 2008 to April 2011. Valentin's foundational education in culinary arts was obtained at the General Vladimir Zaimov Culinary Art Academy in Sopot, Bulgaria, from 2003 to 2007.
