Patrick Malnes

Patrick Malnes is an experienced leader in the cleaning and maintenance industry, currently serving as Managing Director of B&I Support Norway at Compass Group Norge since January 2025, overseeing approximately 3,500 employees and focusing on strategic planning and operational management. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Director for Cleaning & Maintenance at 4 Service from August 2018 to January 2025, where leadership efforts were directed toward the company's cleaning initiatives. As CEO of Ren Pluss AS from December 2010 to August 2018, responsibilities included managing the group’s cleaning operations. Patrick also held roles as Operations Director and Sales Director at Rengjøring & Vedlikehold from June 2005 to December 2010. Educational qualifications include a Mini-MBA in Business Administration from Probana Business School and a certified NS-INSTA 800 Level 4 certification.
