Jim McInally

Jim McInally is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and remuneration across various multinational organizations. Currently serving as EVP and Group Reward Director at Compass Group since October 2020, Jim manages HR for approximately 580,000 employees across 30 countries. Previously, Jim founded a niche consultancy as Managing Director at Executive Remuneration Consultancy and held key roles including Non-Executive Director at Federated Hermes Limited and BT Pension Scheme Management. Jim's career at BT spanned over a decade, culminating in the position of EVP, Global HR Director. Jim also possesses significant experience from Thomson Reuters, ScottishPower, Standard Life UK, and Mobil Oil, showcasing expertise in compensation, benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
