CasSandra Brown is a skilled mental health professional with extensive experience in therapeutic roles and crisis intervention. Currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Compass Intervention Center since September 2021, CasSandra has previously worked as a Counselor at Family Solutions, PLLC, and an Assessment Counselor at Lakeside Behavioral Health System. CasSandra's background includes a long tenure with the City of Memphis as a Fire Suppression Specialist and AEMT, where responsibilities encompassed patient assessment and emergency response. Additionally, CasSandra's foundational experience as a Human Resource Manager with the U.S. Army Contracting Command complements a solid educational background, which includes a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies from The University of Memphis.

Compass Intervention Center
Compass Intervention Center is located in Southwest Tennessee. This convenient location provides access to larger communities in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. We work with children and families throughout the United States, including military families overseas. Compass Intervention Center is a free standing residential treatment center open to male and female children and adolescents from ages 10 to 17. Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services are available to male and female adolescents ages 12 to 17. We are available by phone 24 hours per day 7 days per week to answer questions and schedule assessments.
