Megan Kane-Taylor, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Nurse Practitioner SANE-A / SANE-P at the Shelby County Crime Victims & Rape Crisis Center since May 2022 and as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Compass Intervention Center since March 2022, Megan has demonstrated a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations. Previously, Megan worked as a registered nurse at Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare from 2013 to July 2017 and as a Toddler Wrangler at Arlington United Methodist Church, TN, from September 2010 to December 2016. Megan holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from The University of Memphis.

Compass Intervention Center
Compass Intervention Center is located in Southwest Tennessee. This convenient location provides access to larger communities in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. We work with children and families throughout the United States, including military families overseas. Compass Intervention Center is a free standing residential treatment center open to male and female children and adolescents from ages 10 to 17. Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services are available to male and female adolescents ages 12 to 17. We are available by phone 24 hours per day 7 days per week to answer questions and schedule assessments.
