Elton McDaniel

Elton McDaniel is an experienced Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer at Compass Minerals, responsible for managing new asset installations and various facility capital projects since November 2018. As the CEO and Managing Partner at McDaniel Investments since July 2017, Elton has also held key positions at Foresight Group Services Ltd and Foresight Limited UK, focusing on business development and project management for new rig construction. With a background as President and Operations Manager at Zimtex Solutions, an international contractor for the oil and gas industries, and as a Project Engineer at Ensco plc, Elton possesses extensive expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering. Elton’s educational qualifications include a degree in Electronics Engineering from the United States Navy, as well as advanced project management training from Rice University and business education from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
