Heidi Briggs has over 25 years of experience in information technology operations, currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Compass Minerals since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing the company's data and implementing modern IT solutions. Prior roles include Engineering Services Manager at Compass Minerals, NOC Manager at Netsmart Technologies, and Manager of IT Infrastructure at Perceptive Software, leading diverse teams of IT professionals. At IBM, various leadership roles involved managing global support and development teams across a range of technologies. Early career experience at Sprint Nextel included supervisory and management positions in application support. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
